Our Team

Clover Harvest is a passion project. Owners/operators John Paoloca and Alison Kim are focused on creating great food, great friends, and great times.

John’s history in the food industry spans a few decades. Starting with washing dishes at the age of 14 and moving on to maître d’, general manager, and operations director, he now concentrates on ensuring a smooth experience for Clover Harvest in-house guests, catering clients, or those hosting a party. Alison, too, shares his concern for each person encountering Clover Harvest via the food or the many outreach projects including a community garden and support of nonprofits with fundraising events and more. Her 25+ years in customer service span one-on-one assistance on IKEA’s showroom floor and strategizing at the corporate level.

Their shared commitment to offering fresh food options is rooted in Alison’s experience after her father’s stroke. A visit with his dietician regarding his recovery netted the family the directive to “fill up on veggies.” Since then, she’s cooked “veggie forward” and celebrates Clover Harvest’s continuing partnerships with area farms and local providers for delicious fresh food options.

Their collaborative approach to the kitchen means longtime cooks work alongside curious culinary students and together dream up deliciousness that is served by a team who wants to make every dining experience at Clover Harvest a great one.
